Description
Assistant Store Manager (full time) – 40 hours per week
Fascinations is a leading retailer in sensual wellness, and we are looking for energetic, positive, dependable sales associates to aid in building our brand. We strive to provide top notch customer service while providing education and a willingness learn, grow, and help others. What we are looking for:
- Outgoing associates who can provide exceptional guest engagement, product education, and efficient delegation to staff.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
- Train, delegate, and supervise staff
- Ensure housekeeping throughout the store
- Work flexible hours & maintain sales goals
- Follow loss prevention guidelines
- Experienced merchandiser-apparel a PLUS!
- Computer savvy, able to generate reports
- Strong leadership skills
- Work side by side with Store Manager
