The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing the purchase of products and services for the Company. They serve as the liaison in negotiations between the company and suppliers. It is their responsibility to assess vendors, negotiate new deals and renegotiate expiring contracts, and place orders for products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelors’ degree preferred.
Experience Required: 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing or a related field.
Licenses or Certificates: Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Company standards.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
