As a Web/E-Commerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Administrator, you will be a pivotal force in optimizing and maintaining Farouk’s Salesforce platforms. Your expertise will drive seamless operations, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to Farouk’s growth in the dynamic Haircare industry.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Platform Administration:

• Manage both Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platforms.
• Handle admin functions, including user maintenance, page layouts, new field creation, and mass data management.
• Configure and customize SFCC and SFMC to align with business needs.

E-commerce Expertise:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop E-commerce solutions.
• Set up and optimize E-commerce processes within SFCC.
• Integrate E-commerce data seamlessly across platforms.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management:

• Configure and manage SFMC for email campaigns, automation, and customer journeys.
• Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and personalization.
• Troubleshoot any SFMC-related issues.

SAP Integration:

• Leverage SAP integration to enhance data flow between systems.
• Coordinate with SAP teams to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Data Utilization:
• Enhance data utilization for informed decision-making.
• Create custom reports and dashboards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on SFCC features and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Operational Excellence:

• Streamline processes, optimize team structures, and enhance data utilization.
• Drive informed decision-making through data insights.

Talent Collaboration:

• Work closely with merchandisers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless coordination between business requirements and technical implementation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Familiarity with E-commerce processes, Digital Storefront Management and SAP integration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
