As a Host at FARMSHOP, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless seating arrangements in alignment with the restaurant's commitment to hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, voice, and tone at all times, reflecting FARMSHOP's standards of hospitality.
• Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently, considering guest preferences while simultaneously keeping the reservations platform up to date.
• Communicate effectively with the back of house and serving staff to ensure smooth transitions between tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area.
• Assist in coordinating special events and private dining reservations.
• Collaborate with the management team to address guest concerns and optimize guest satisfaction.
• Always uphold FARMSHOP’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Please note that the Host does not participate in the tip pool; however, they are eligible to receive tips from to-go orders placed through platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats.
