Farmers National Bank is Hiring a Teller Near Harrodsburg, KY
Department: Teller Operations
Reports To: Branch Manager, Express Branch Manager, Branch Head Teller or Asst. Full-Service Branch Manager
Grade: 2/Non-exempt
Essential Functions:
- Manages and balances cash fund in a neat and efficient manner.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Cross-sell products/services.
- Take loan payments.
- Cross trained on other duties within the branch/location.
- Process daily transactions through Branch Capture.
Other Responsibilities:
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
- May balance and service ATM or ETM machines.
- May open new accounts (full service locations).
- Answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings.
- Performs Job Duties in Accordance with all appropriate laws and regulations to include BSA.
Physical Demands:
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Has two years experience as a teller or a comparable position in the customer service/retail industry.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use office equipment including (but not limited to) calculator, computer, etc.
- Periodic updates on bank products and services for cross selling.
