Responsibilities:
- Process Insurance Policy Renewals and policy updates
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products or services
- Help process and track claims and assist customers accordingly
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and customer support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
