Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR), you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the agency by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. You will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients. As Customer Service Representative, you will also be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate solution for meeting those needs.
This is not a remote position and will be inside our agency. Candidates must have customer service and sales experience in professional office or in a retail setting. Need to have the ability to work in a team environment, and an excellent professional telephone presence. Must be able to pass state insurance license exam in time and meet continuing education requirements (We will help you with this).

- Proven customer service experience with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
