Responsibilities

• Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and their goals
• Our best performers are competitive and coachable
• Prospect and generate new business through warm leads, referral sources provided by your Mentor Agent, marketing and networking
• Be outstanding at relationship building
• Meet sales goals set by you and your Mentor Agent
• Attend University of Farmers online training as well as District provided training and coaching

Requirements

• Possess or obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Possess or obtain, within 60 days of hire, a General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO TX Insurance license
• We only hire A-Players
• Motivated and determined to succeed and meet or exceed premium goals for the Protege Program
• Sales experience or a client-facing sales background is a plus
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a professional demeanor 
• Pass a criminal and financial background check
