$45,000 - $60,000

• Maintain accurate customer records, bookkeeping logs, and insurance sales databases to report progress toward monthly goals
• Ensure that existing, new, and prospective clients complete all appropriate forms and meet insurance policy requirements, and facilitate the insurance claims process, which may include examining the condition of physical properties to assess risks
• Have productive meetings with new, existing, and prospective clients to listen attentively to their needs and understand their financial circumstances before recommending ideal insurance policies
• Bring in new clients by effectively executing sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Stay up to date on evolving property and casualty insurance protocols to facilitate insurance policy selection and policy renewals to all customers’ satisfaction.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent is a must; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• Experience with accounting and sales lead generation platforms is helpful
• Candidates must have core computer skills and a demonstrated capability using Microsoft Office programs
• P&C insurance license required for this role
• Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills are necessary
