Hiring for Entry Level Customer service representative
Job Description:
• Receive customer orders
• Print picking tickets for orders to be processed by crew
• Process/ enter customer orders based on a daily priority
• Make the necessary adjustments or changes to orders
• Print and coordinate packing slips for Packaging Department
• Answer incoming calls
• Process and distribute customer service invoices when needed
• May perform other duties as assigned
• Performs all duties in accordance with the companies operating procedures
• Keeps informed of the policies and procedures of the company
• Must follow company policies and procedures
Required Skills:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This is a good role for someone looking to get into administrative/customer service work
o Ability to type at least 45 WPM and ability to 10 key, required
o Data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy, required
o Basic proficiency in MS Office, preferably in Excel, Outlook, Teams
o Excellent work ethic: dependable, punctual
o Time management skills, able to organize/prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
o Thrives in fast paced environment
o Detail oriented
o Flexibility/adaptability: able to pivot gracefully as things change and take on extra responsibilities to help team as needed
o Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, work independently
o Able to build relationships with team members and work effectively with others
