Accounting Support

General Summary of Position:

This is a full-time entry-level position within the Accounts Payable Department. This position will assist with clerical duties and additional tasks as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain Real Estate Accounts Payable
• Perform mail carrier duties twice per day
• Run errands between offices daily
• Coordinate and sort mail for distribution between departments
• Open and distribute AP mail to appropriate Associate
• Assist with virtual card program maintenance
• Assist with monthly statement review
• Help maintain AP email inbox as needed
• Monitor and purchase office supplies
• Provide admin support to the AP Associates
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Professional phone skills and demeanor
• Ability to work productively with limited supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Ability to work as a member of a team in a dynamic environment
• Ability to use independent judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
• Possess great attention to detail
• Possess the ability to be a change agent and embrace the opportunity to help others manage change as needed
• Manage multiple responsibilities while adjusting priorities as needed
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Excel
