Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally - Process payments using the POS system - Assist with food preparation as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service Requirements: - Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Proven sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Outstanding customer service skills to create a positive dining experience for guests - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $15.11 - $16.67 per hour
