Office location is flexible within northwestern North Dakota region for the right candidate.
In this role, you will provide quality consulting services and solutions to customers on their estate, retirement, and transition plans, and maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in estate planning, business entity, tax, and consulting fields.
You will also team with other departments and outside professionals to expand marketing opportunities. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in an Ag related field, accounting, or business;
knowledge of agriculture, and 5 or more years of related experience, apply today!
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers quality consulting services to customers in the area estate, retirement, transition, and succession planning.
The position will enhance and expand customer relationships and create opportunities to build and further grow AgCountry’s reputation in the agricultural community.
The position will require the consultant to work directly with customers to understand customer needs and goals and to present the best solutions.
Collaborates as a key resource in designing, developing, and implementing AgCountry education programs in the area of estate, retirement, transition and succession planning.
Participates in the development and delivery of Succession and Retirement Planning program content, procedures, and goals to enhance the total value brought to AgCountry customers and staff.
Ensures that solutions are responsive to customer needs, the marketplace, and AgCountry teammates.
Proactively expands and maintains expert and technical competency through continuing education.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Official Designation such as CRPC, CFP, CTFA, CPA, or JD preferred
