Basic Function:

To offer administrative support for Agent/employer in the production of multi-line insurance products, including placing and receiving phone calls involving client appointments and customer needs.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Greet clients and handle phone calls

· Review policy changes, including information gathering

· Maintain prospect database

· Computer updates and review client records

· Record Keeping

· Daily mail

· Filing

· Setting appointments and annual reviews for Agent

· Pre-approach mailings

· Other administrative duties as assigned

· Potential attendance at off-site marketing events

Qualifications:

· Minimum hiring age 18

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Strong people skills

· State Insurance License - P/C (preferred but expected within 90 days)

· Energetic and outgoing personality

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Sales ability

· Computer knowledge

· Excellent organizational skills

· Motivated, self-starter

· Reasonable and predictable attendance

· Ability to travel for training

· All Non-Affiliated Appointments cancelled

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
