About the Role
FareHarbor is seeking a writer and content manager to join our Tech Writers within our Product Comms team. You will be responsible for taking ownership over a library of documentation and resources for users to get answers to their questions. This position requires someone who is excited about learning and understanding complex subjects and then communicating them in simple and digestible ways.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and trainers to make sure that our documentation is accurate and clear for our company and clients.
