Job DescriptionWe are seeking a technical writer for a 6-month contract in Denver, CO. This role can work remotely for residents of Colorado and will work Monday- Friday from 10:00 am- 5:00 pm.
In this role, you will work with an IT Service Management team in, creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes. This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate.
Qualifications- Experience in marketing and communications
- Experience in technical writing
- Experience in the Information Technology industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Self-starter with ability to improve documentation process
- Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errors
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred
This 6 month contract can work remotely for residents of Colorado. This role is junior- mid level and will pay betwwen $35-$40 per hour W2.
