Private Label Marketing Manager’s Responsibilities

  • Manage private label marketing team members
  • Nurture the brand identity of our four 33 Brands
  • Actively participate in creative development
  • Create packaging/labels, print and digital assets for product launch
  • Work closely with sourcing, quality team, and sales on special projects
  • Collaborate effectively with suppliers on product specification, packaging, additional assets, print guidelines, expectations, and due dates
  • Manage the maintenance of private label product data and files
  • Proofread assets
  • Coordinate with and obtain artwork approvals
  • Collaborate with the web team
  • Create compelling product launches and a regular post-launch marketing cadence
  • Ensure alignment of communications plans and creative design solutions with marketing strategies and evaluate results against established goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years experience in managing and building teams
  • 3 years experience in product marketing
  • Proficient in Office 360
  • Project Management program experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
  • Some travel to Famous’ branch locations and industry trade shows
