Supports development, execution and ongoing management of key projects which support overall marketing objectives and efficiencies across all lines of business. Provides operational and tactical support for marketing plans and projects as assigned. Additional responsibilities may include optimizing and maintaining marketing campaign reporting functionality, marketing and sales material distribution efficiency and overall support of omni-channel marketing and communications strategies. Measures performance of initiatives against goals and provides recommendations for improvement.
Formal Education Required :
a. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, business or related field of study.
Experience & Training Required :
a. Two (2) years’ experience performing same or similar responsibilities.
b. Communication and Marketing experience in B2C and B2B campaigns.
c. Project management and implementation.
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, time management, problem solving, and leadership skills
b. Proven experience in managing events or projects with attention to detail
c. Strong problem solving and analytical approaches to problems with recommended solutions
d. Ability to effectively and efficiently complete projects on time and on budget.
e. Able to critically analyze situations for marketing opportunities to support growth
f. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
g. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
h. Ability to work well within a team environment, work well with department directors, staff, businesses and community.
i. Maintain confidentiality of member health and business information.
j. Flexibly: ability to adjust work hours to meet business demands.
k. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
4. Level of Physical Demands:
a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
