Member Services Associate

Status : Part Time / 20hr week

Summary :

Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests of the Wellness Center. Supports all front end departments including, sales, front desk, and housekeeping.

Formal Education Required

• High school diploma
• Post-secondary education preferred

Experience & Training Required

• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Ability to obtain CPR / AED certification within 90 days of hire

• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• High level of interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner
• Positive attitude
• Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients / customers with an understanding of their needs and self-respect and dignity

Level of Physical Demands

Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently

$15.30 / hr - $18.36 / hr

The salary range on this job posting / advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
