Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care efficiently and compassionately.
Duties:
- Perform clinical tasks under the supervision of healthcare providers.
- Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications and assist with minor procedures.
-Place IVS and draw labs
- Provide patient education on medication use and procedures.
- Ensure patient rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
- Assist with patient scheduling and billing.
Skills:
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Proficiency in medical coding and terminology.
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols.
- Ability to perform X-rays and interpret results.
- Competency in taking vital signs accurately.
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction.
