Dr. Suzanne Bentz, has practiced medicine for over 20 years, pursuing a lifelong passion of helping patients lose weight. Dr. Bentz attended Texas Christian University, where she studied nutrition/health science. She received her Medical degree in 1991 from the University of North Texas Health Scienc...e Center. In 1995 she started Red Mountain Family Medicine. Dr. Bentz quickly discovered that a majority of her patients required treatment for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, all related to obesity. With a passion to further help her patients, she became Board Certified in Obesity Medicine, further specializing in the treatment of obesity and related diseases. Dr. Bentz is the Medical Director and Founder of Red Mountain Weight Loss, the largest Specialty practice in the Southwest, with locations across Arizona.
