Family Dentistry on Manchaca has an opening our team for an experienced TREATMENT COORDINATOR, looking for their new work home. Our patients enjoy our friendly and organized workspace; we are looking for a new team member who is able to uphold our core values and is passionate about delivering an exceptional overall patient experience. At Our Office:
We understand that current times require careful considerations in choosing a new work family, and our office is committed to the ongoing safety and wellbeing of our entire team and patient base.

Duties:

  • Coordinating Billing with Outsourcing company
  • Appointed Invisalign coordination for team
  • Expertise in treatment plan delivery, and other front office functions.
  • Discussing payments and in house payment plans with patients
  • Collecting Payment for treatment
  • Verifying payment of cases and checking them in
  • Scheduling appointments as needed
  • Answering phones as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Min 2 years experience in treatment coordinating/ front office dental experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with dental procedures and codes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus, along with Flex
  • We are looking for a permanent hire, and will only be entertaining serious inquiries that meet the minimum requirements listed.
  • Marketing experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience. Starting at $20 or more per hour
