Falcone Crawl Space is looking for outstanding and experienced Crawl Space and Foundation Repair Sales Manager! Someone who isn’t afraid to do the dirty work in crawlspaces, but who plays clean--showing up on time, being honest and doing what's right.

The Sales Manager has a primary duty of managing the company's inside and outside sales departments. The successful candidate will be responsible to support the company’s leadership, purpose, mission, and values.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate with General leadership and Chief Officers to develop operational goals for the business unit which are aggressive, yet obtainable, and that support the long-term strategies of the company
  • Develop and motivate a superior sales team that is well-trained, engaged, and empowered to serve customers
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team activities involving sales of foundation repair, basement waterproofing and crawl space repair services
  • Strategic planning to include forecasting, setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and meeting or exceeding those goals
  • Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations of sales team
  • Devise and enforce a step-by-step sales guide for sales team to ensure clear communication and consistency
  • Formulate and implement strategic plan to improve customer conversion ratios and department KPI's such as pull through rates, average sales dollar per lead run, etc.
  • Carry out sale appointments as needed
  • Work to resolve all issues with customers; Visits customer when customer is not satisfied with sales process; Ensures customers have a remarkable experience.
  • Develop a network of industry professionals, such as engineers, contractors, home inspectors, etc. Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships to instill trust and confidence, and ultimately creates sales leads

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of crawl space and foundation repair and knowledge of construction practices preferred.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
  • In person attendance at Monday meetings at 6:45 am and in person or by phone dial in to Wednesday manager meeting
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred and 2 years of sales and/or sales management experience OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in the crawlspace and foundation repair field.
  • Willingness to get dirty and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel NC/SC with occasional overnight travel as needed
  • A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience and no DUI’s, accidents, or violations for at least 5 years.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
