• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling, short-form digital content such as podcast trailers, demo reels, sizzle videos, and miscellaneous social media content.
• Develop motion graphics elements for titles, logos, infographics, subtitles, etc.
• Shoot and edit videos and photos.
• Write content for web pages, social posts, and proposals.
• Create strategies for new content to grow YouTube channels.
• Export iterations and final edit in applicable formats for review and final delivery.
• Build organized and iterative editorial project files.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or multimedia arts is preferred.
• Must have at least two years of experience in a professional setting creating content for social media.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Photoshop Express, and Lightroom (or similar industry programs).

• Ability to create custom motion graphics or manipulate templates.
• Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms, but especially LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Advanced writing skills.
• Must have photography and videography experience.
• Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
