Job responsibilities include:

-Scheduling patients for multiple providers

-Answering phones in a pleasant, helpful, and professional manner

-Assemble charts and maintain files

-Copy, scan, and send records as well as type letters

Candidate must have:

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone customer services skills

-Ability to create and maintain positive, effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public

-Strong computer and internet skills

-Able to multitask while focusing on details

Full time 35 hours per week. Plus bonus program & 401k
