JOB SUMMARY:

The Medical Receptionist position provides support for the Fairweather Medical personnel at the Tikahtnu Vaccine Site. Various functions as assigned; work collaboratively with the medical team in support of overall business objectives

SCHEDULE: Thursday through Sunday 9AM-5PM

LOCATION: Tikahtnu Site, Anchorage 

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answer the main phone line in a consistent manner and communicate message to the appropriate parties
• Check In Patients
• Creating and maintaining medical forms and informational handouts

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Medical Administrative experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Special Requirements:

• May be required to work overtime, and holidays as needed
