Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is desirable
