```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, and systems
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations
- Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improve equipment performance
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with other team members or contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments or customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with other team members
- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various types of equipment and machinery
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts using welding or other tools as necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and vendors
