You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, answering guest inquiries, and assisting with various guest needs. - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
