POSITION OVERVIEW: The position involves high guest contact and presents the first point of contact for all guests. The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, and handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures. Always maintain positive guest relations. Work to resolve guest challenges, ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsible for the auditing of all charges and postings and correcting work as required. The Night Auditor reconciles daily activity and closes all accounts in preparation for the new day. All information will be processed and formatted into daily reports and distributed as the morning reports.
VARIABLE POSITON:
Example: This position would cover two 2nd shifts (3p-11p) and two 3rd shifts (11p - 7am)
