Guest Service Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy, is also expected.

• Deliver exceptional customer service for all guests before, during, and at the conclusion of their stay.
• Fully comprehend and be able to execute all tasks associated with the front desk computer/PMS system.
• Be at all times attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and all other associates.
• Perform ancillary tasks per brand and company standards including guest package acceptance and delivery, stocking and cleaning The Market, providing concierge services, etc.
• Adhere to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
• Deliver service to comply with Marriott International standards as well as North Star Lodging Management.
• Perform any other duty as required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
