Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent guest service
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
