Site Manager Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Site Manager for our facility located in Lebanon, TN, 37090. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the site.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and maintain site budget, including expenses and revenue projections
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for site maintenance and repairs
  • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
