Overview
We are seeking a skilled Blanchard Grinder Operator to join our team at our facility in Erie, MI. As a Blanchard Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to grind and smooth surfaces of metal objects.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Blanchard grinders to grind surfaces of metal objects
- Inspect workpieces using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision
- Use CNC grinder to program and control grinding operations
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Experience operating Boring Mill and CNC Grinder
- Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers for precision measurements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
