NESCO Resource is Hiring a CNC Lathe Setup Operator Near Madison, MI
- Direct Hire $22 to $24 per hour
- Madison Heights, MI
- Days Shift 6AM to 2:30PM
- Overtime as Needed
- Setup and operate Mazak, Doosan, Hyundai and/or Okuma CNC Lathes.
- Perform setups, tool changes and adjustments per machine specs.
- Make 1st piece inspections to prints.
- Adjust speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts to prints.
- Experience with HMI's and performing program edits at the machine helpful.
- 3 years of CNC Lathe setup and operation
- Ability to program in G and M codes if necessary.
- Ability to read prints.
- Ability to read Mics and Calipers
- Ability to change fixtures and tooling.
