Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple residential remodel projects in Boulder, CO area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational, budget management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2-3 high-end residential remodel projects concurrently, with a combined value of $3M - $5M.
  • Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards in every aspect of the project.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining client satisfaction and project integrity.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Five years of experience in managing residential remodel projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in budget management, with a knack for maximizing value and controlling costs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Committed to upholding high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
