Location: Boulder, Colorado

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)

Your Role:

  • As our Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing 3-5 residential construction projects, collaborating closely with design and construction teams. Your expertise will guide these projects from initial design to final completion, ensuring they meet our high standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects using BuilderTrend, focusing on planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with teams for efficient project execution and cost control.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trust and communication.
  • Contribute to improving our project management and production processes.

We Value:

  • 5 years demonstrated project management experience 
  • 1 year experience using Buildertrend software (desired, not required)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely, efficient manner
  • Ability to populate and analyze data to show trends and inform scheduling, budgeting, and project planning decisions
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally to support the various aspects of design planning and construction
  • Technologically proficient; ability to efficiently operate technology and learn new software, including but not limited to: 
  • Buildertrend
  • Google Workspace
  • Stack 
  • MacOS or Microsoft OS
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internally 
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with clients when needed 
  • Ability to travel across Boulder County for project management
