We are seeking a part-time Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
• Coordinate and book travel services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and assist with inquiries and changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.

Requirements:

• Previous travel booking coordination experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours.
• Ability to multi-task
• At least 18 years of age
