Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Resident Service Coordinator at Skyline Manor apartment community in Norfolk, NE . This is a HUD property with 92 units. This position will pay up to $18 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for promoting successful residencies and assisting residents in achieving independence and self-sufficiency in accessing services and resources per Seldin Company policy and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in community organizing or social work; or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently and engage a broad spectrum of community members in planning efforts
