Overview

Seldin Company is seeking an A partment Maintenance Technician at Burr Oak and Hillside Village apartment communities in Glenwood, IA .

These are HUD and Tax Credit communities with 76 total units. This position will pay up to $21 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

This position is full-time with approximately 32 hours per week. The schedule will be discussed during an interview.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance / repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
