As a Virtual Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics. You will leverage your knowledge of various travel destinations, industry trends, and insider tips to create customized itineraries that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
2. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities based on client preferences and travel objectives.
3. Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
4. Provide expert guidance on travel regulations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and health and safety precautions.
5. Utilize booking platforms, reservation systems, and other travel tools to secure reservations and confirmations.
6. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, new travel destinations, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of service offered to clients.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
9. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, streamline processes, and optimize the overall client experience.
10. Meet self-determined client booking targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably as a travel advisor or consultant is helpful but not mandatory.
2. Strong passion for travel and excellent knowledge of popular destinations, cultures, and travel trends.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
4. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in working with computer software applications and tools
6. High attention to detail and accuracy in trip planning and itinerary creation.
7. Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and inquiries.
8. High School Diploma
9. Must be 18 years or older
