FabFitFun is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to join our team! Reporting to our SVP, Marketing, this person will be instrumental in our growth strategy, as we aim to achieve our vision in becoming the premier shopping club for lifestyle & self care. Significant areas of responsibility for this leader will entail, customer acquisition, retention, conversion, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates will have managed $10M / year in ad spend, preferably within the e-commerce, CPG, or fashion lifestyle sector.
Location: This role will be based out of our HQ in Los Angeles, where we will be operating from a hybrid model of 3 days a week in-office. This role is not eligible for remote.

The expected base salary range for this position is $180-200K, bonus. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
