A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE:

As a Customer Success Representative, your day begins with a smile. As the second shift, your schedule is flexible but starting between 1pm-3pm and ending 9pm-11pm. You're the first point of contact for our customers, and you wear that responsibility like a badge of honor.

You answer inbound calls with the finesse of a maestro, helping customers schedule appointments, addressing their questions, and ensuring they feel heard and valued. But it doesn't stop there! You proactively reach out to customers to schedule recurring services, showing them that at F.F. Hitchcock, we're not just here when they need us; we're here before they even realize they do.

And then, the phone rings with inquiries about fuel pricing and orders. Your expertise kicks in as you navigate these conversations, leaving customers satisfied and confident in their choices. It's a day of meaningful connections, problem-solving, and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software

Preferred:

• Customer service experience
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, fuel, or propane
