Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Canvassing Manager to oversee our field canvassing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and supervising teams. This role involves leading a team of canvassers to engage with the public, promote campaigns, and drive fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of canvassers in door-to-door outreach efforts
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to effectively market campaigns
- Supervise and train canvassing staff on effective communication and negotiation techniques
- Coordinate activities and ensure targets are met
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support and guidance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and campaign promotion strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Experience in telemarketing or electioneering is a plus

Pay: $77,342.00 - $90,082.00 per year
