Bordner Home Improvement is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for the role of Canvass Manager. The Canvass Manager will lead a small team in canvassing neighborhoods, going door to door, dropping flyers, and talking with homeowners about setting up FREE in-home appointments to design their roofing, siding, bath, or window projects.

This position involves basic leadership of the canvass team, management of the team's goals and metrics for knocking and setting appointments, and holding them accountable to their goals and behavior.

The ideal candidate will have experience in door-to-door sales and a passion for developing and leading teams. They should be comfortable with going door-to-door, interacting with homeowners, and setting appointments. The candidate must be able to manage and motivate the team to achieve their goals and maintain high-quality performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small canvass team for lead generation of roofing, siding, window, and bath projects
• Train and lead the team in a proven conversation process to persuade homeowners to set up appointments
• Track the team's performance against goals and metrics, and hold them accountable to their behavior
• Maintain excellent communication with the team and management
• Collaborate with the design consultant team to set up in-home appointments for homeowners
• Promote and uphold the company's core values of kindness, fairness, integrity, aggressiveness, perceptiveness, and protective
• Organize and distribute flyers, and advertise the company's services to homeowners

Report daily to management on the team's progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
• Marketing or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing
• Basic leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekday and weekend hours
• Must be willing to knock on doors and canvass neighborhoods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
