3. Job Description
As a “Sales Development Representative (SDR)” you’ll be navigating organizations to set qualified appointments for our Business Development Manager. We need strong communicators and self-motivated, who are quick learners and have a natural sales instinct to be the first impression on the front lines at EZ-AD. We strive towards providing a best-in-class sales experience for our prospective customers, and you would be the voice of EZ-AD on how we can help to automate all the manual operations of the E-Commerce Industry.
4. Responsibilities
· Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
· Initiating contact with potential customers through B2C, cold-calling, and out bound calls or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
· Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
· Scheduling Initial Qualified Appointments to convert into sales.
· Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos.
· Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
· Maintaining all opportunities and update the progress in CRM.
5. Requirements:
· O/A Level or Bachelors
· Knowledge of any CRM or chat software.
· Must have a background in IT Industry

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
· Strong communication skills and professional attitude
