Come join our team at Eyota Veterinary Clinic; we are looking for a friendly, compassionate, dedicated receptionist to work at our Eyota Clinic with our team of 7 doctors and approximately 20 team members. We strive to provide the highest level of veterinary care and customer service to our patients and their owners. Our ideal candidate would be available for full-time hours. If you are an enthusiastic, animal-loving, people person we are looking for you to join our team! 

Responsibilities duties are:

• answering phones and being a first impression of the clinic

• scheduling appointments for the doctors and technicians 

• assisting the clinic in running smoothly

• greeting and interacting with clients in the clinic

• assisting the doctors with their paperwork

• preparing all paperwork for the following day

• keeping our lobby and exam rooms clean & sanitized in between appointments

• checking in and out clients throughout the day

• stocking inventory items

• data entry projects
