Extra Special Parents is searching for an outgoing individual to join our team and support the regional office they have been assigned to. The right candidate must have attention to detail, excellent organization skills and customer service. The Support Specialist is the first contact for customers. They are responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors to the office. This position is responsible for filing all documentation in the physical and electronic files and conducting regular file reviews to ensure all documentation is completed and up-to-date.
Extra Special Parents (ESP) was established in 2006 as a therapeutic foster care agency in Richmond, Virginia. ESP is the largest independent agency in the state and has recently been growing at a rate of 2x every 2-3 years. We opened two new offices in 2023 with 45 employees and project continued employee growth over the next few years. ESP’s main office is in Richmond, Virginia, with other locations in Roanoke, Virginia Beach, and Northern Virginia.
