The Franklin Johnston Group is Hiring a Yardi Support Specialist Near Virginia, VA
REPORTS TO: Vice President of IT
FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY:
The Yardi Support Specialist will support the operations and system management on several critical software systems used at The Franklin Johnston Group. They will need excellent customer service skills and extensive experience working in Excel and Yardi.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Provides continuous software support solutions to The Franklin Johnston Group (TFJG) team members in a timely manner
Interacts with TFJG team members through multiple platforms Including face-to-face interactions, web meetings, support ticket updates, and email/phone communications
Maintains, clear, concise documentation of all support matters
Effectively documents and records all aspects of client interactions in the designated client management systems (to promote transparency and understanding of software issues); in addition to building, managing, and maintaining the help content and support ticketing system..
This position must be flexible and eager to work in an ever-changing environment that requires meeting the demands of a growing property management company.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in the property management industry.
At least 3 years of experience using Yardi affordable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent computer and internet skills/instincts, including strong proficiency in web-based applications
Excellent technical skills, including advanced use of Excel
Aptitude in customer service/client relations and a friendly disposition
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred
