RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC Position SummaryThe Foreclosure Oversight Specialist is responsible for monitoring and completing all activities related to the foreclosure action in accordance with statutory compliance, regulatory compliance, and company guidelines. This position is responsible for managing foreclosure timelines and workflow processes on files in which a foreclosure action has been initiated. These files should be managed in accordance with established work rules, goals & objectives to improve timeline and attorney performance. The candidate will be expected to establish/maintain a culture of team collaboration, accountability, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Primary ResponsibilitiesService mortgage accounts to ensure the foreclosure is processed in compliance with all state and federal laws, while maintaining compliance with Investor, Insurer, Agency, and Company guidelines. Ensure all eligible delinquent loans are breached by the required milestone(s)Manage foreclosure proceedings on assigned cases by advising and instructing various parties involved with the foreclosure process such as mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, trustees, and appraisersMonitor attorney performance by reviewing all proceedings, records, and timeframes in addition to working all system activities throughout the foreclosure processPerform detailed analysis on all aspects of the assigned portfolio including performance, timelines, overall characteristics, and status to ensure compliance of the foreclosure actionDiligently follow up on all outstanding requests and telephone calls from internal and external partnersProvide management detailed loss analysis, investor scenarios, and recommendations for resolutionManages reports geared to drive workflowManages exception reporting used as key controls for minimizing riskFollow departmental and business policies with strict adherencePrioritize allocated work to ensure timely and accurate resolution to both external and internal partnersPerform related duties as assigned by managerIncumbent will be responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance QualificationsRequired:Minimum 2 Years Mortgage Servicing Experience PreferredMinimum 2 Years Foreclosure Experience PreferredGSE and Government Experience PreferredMSP and LoanSphere Experience PreferredKnowledge of basic computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook.
